A { 0.18 oz | 5 g } pillow pak of Aerospace Lubricants Tribolube®.

Oxygen compatible and manufactured in the US, Tribolube 71 is a perfluoropolyether (PFPE) based lubricant with non-irradiated polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) thickener. Tribolube 71 is specially formulated for lubricating closed-circuit diving systems and recommended in the US for use with Poseidon rebreathers. Factory sealed { 0.18 oz | 5 g } pillow pak.

NOTE: Please do NOT order this for air delivery; the nature of this material often causes problems with carriers for air transport. Use UPS Ground shipping only.

The packaging for Tribolube is marked with a standard expiration date required for use in military specification (MIL Spec) applications described by MIL-PRF-27617 Types 1,2,3. However, we are advised the expiration date does not apply to recreational diving; for use in diving applications the product has an indefinite shelf life and does not expire. Per Aerospace Lubrication, Inc: "The shelf life only pertains to the MIL specifications as that is the requirement of the specifications when used by the military."
