Enriched Air Nitrox

Independent study is followed by practical application. Nitrox is not a permission to dive deeper; the training explains its different planning limits. Online or in-person study alone does not complete certification; the required practical applications must also be completed. Training dives are optional.

• Understand what changes when your breathing gas contains more oxygen.
• Practice analyzing and recording a cylinder’s oxygen content.
• Learn to set a dive computer for the analyzed gas.
